DealSend.app provides a temporary file workspace that lets users upload, preview, and share encrypted or private digital materials for limited-time access. By using this Service, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload, generate, or share.
  • You will not use the Service to store, upload, or transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive materials.
  • Uploading or sharing content that violates copyright, contains explicit adult material intended for commercial distribution, depicts illegal activity, or infringes on intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service.

3. Temporary Storage and Automatic Deletion

All files and folders created through DealSend.app are temporary. Uploaded content is automatically deleted from our active systems within 24 hours of the folder’s expiration, or sooner upon user deletion. We do not offer file recovery once content has been deleted.

4. Cookies and Session Data

We use minimal cookies and local storage to maintain folder sessions and authenticate actions such as uploads and previews. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking and expire automatically after your session ends.

5. Limited Inspection Clause

While we value privacy and data protection, you acknowledge that certain uploaded materials may be reviewed by a qualified staff member strictly for quality assurance, debugging, and system testing purposes. Any such review is limited, confidential, and handled in accordance with our privacy standards.

6. Acceptable and Prohibited Uses

  • You may only use DealSend for lawful, legitimate purposes related to private digital transfers or demonstrations.
  • You may not upload or share content that includes malware, illegal pornography, copyrighted works without authorization, stolen data, or personal identifying information of others.
  • You may not use the Service for commercial file hosting, advertising, or distribution of adult materials.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Files you upload, which are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after expiration.
  • Session cookies and local data (folder tokens, expiration timers).
  • Basic technical information (browser type, file type, timestamp).

Data Retention

All user-uploaded files are automatically purged from our storage within 24 hours after expiration. Metadata and related proof images are retained only as needed for brief operational or testing purposes, then permanently deleted.

Screenshot & Proof Generation

If you use proof or snapshot features, the system may generate temporary blurred or reduced-quality previews for sharing or verification purposes. These previews follow the same deletion timeline as the uploaded files.

Security

We take reasonable steps to secure uploaded files, including encryption in transit and controlled deletion processes. However, no online service is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from minors.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind. DealSend.app is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or deletion of data, nor for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
